Shipping & pick-up

Northeast Ohio locals can use the code "inthecle" for free local pick-up. Items must be picked up within 2 weeks of purchase. 

U.S. shipping is available, and items ship within 1 week unless otherwise noted. 

 

Damaged or lost items 

Items are packaged with care, and most orders utilize shipping insurance. If an item arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of receipt to discuss options. 

Haziko is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out if you need assistance filing an insurance claim.
