Set of 3 marble-handled cheese knives from Pottery Barn, unused.  (Original set of 4 knives priced at $39.50.) 

The set includes (from left to right:) 

• A cheese spike (for scraping or breaking off hunks of hard cheeses like Parmigiano-Reggiano)
• A cheese fork (to pick up pre-cut pieces of firm and hard cheeses such as Pecorino Romano) 
• A wide spade (used to slice firm or semi-firm cheeses like cheddar)
