Tuti-Nama: Tales of a Parrot is a series of 52 tales told by a parrot over the course of 52 nights, in an effort to keep his owner home and out of trouble. These tales are accompanied by beautifully painted miniature paintings created in the Mughal (Persian) Emperor Akbar's court in India in the 1500's. 

Published by Cleveland Museum of Art, 1978. This book is in excellent used condition.
